Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for Health on the Horizon. We understand that plans can change and have outlined our cancellation terms below.

 

Health on the Horizon Conference Registration

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to healthonthehorizon@tops.org.

    • Cancellations received at least three (3) months prior to the event start date (May 13) are eligible for a 50% refund of the conference registration fee (excluding banquet dinner tickets).
    • Cancellations received less than three (3) months before the event start date (May 13) are non-refundable.
    • Failure to attend the conference (no-shows) does not qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 days of confirmation.

Registration transfers to another attendee may be permitted upon written request to healthonthehorizon@tops.org and approval. This request is subject to approval and it is possible it could be denied.

Banquet Dinner Ticket

Banquet dinner tickets are non-refundable.

Due to venue guarantees and catering commitments, all banquet dinner purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

Banquet tickets may be transferable to another attendee if requested in writing to healthonthehorizon@tops.org and approved. This request is subject to approval and it is possible it could be denied.

Event Changes or Cancellation

Health on the Horizon reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, schedule or venue as necessary. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

If the event is canceled in its entirety by the organizers, all registration fees paid will be fully refunded to the original method of payment.

Health on the Horizon is not responsible for travel, lodging or other personal expenses incurred by attendees in connection with the event.

If the event is postponed, registrations will be honored for the rescheduled date. If an attendee is unable to attend the new date, a refund request may be submitted in writing to healthonthehorizon@tops.org.
